Experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL).
Knowledge of e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Applied Linguistics, Instructional Design, or related field.
Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
Experience in curriculum design or educational content development, especially in English Language Teaching (ELT).
Familiarity with CEFR, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or other language learning frameworks.
Ability to write clearly and concisely for various proficiency levels.
Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and content authoring tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
Understanding of basic product management skills and tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working as Learning Designer at Englishvit, you will be responsible for several jobs bellow:
Design comprehensive English language syllabi from A1 to C2 levels (CEFR).
Create engaging and structured learning materials, including lesson plans, exercises, assessments, and multimedia content.
Ensure all content is pedagogically sound, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and media teams to deliver high-quality educational content.
Revise and update existing materials to reflect learner feedback and new methodologies.
Apply instructional design principles to support learner engagement and progress.
