Profil pengajar
I am a passionate and supportive English teacher with over 5 years of experience teaching a wide range of learners, from one-on-one private lessons to group classes and school settings. I have worked with young learners, adults, and professionals from different backgrounds, which has taught me how to adapt my approach to each individual. I enjoy creating a friendly, fun, and student-centered classroom where students feel comfortable, engaged, and confident to practice English. My teaching focuses on real communication and practical language that can be used in everyday situations. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, whether that’s improving speaking, grammar, or fluency. My goal is to make learning English enjoyable while helping students make real, meaningful progress.

My teaching method is student-centered and focused on practical communication, with an emphasis on helping students use English in real-life situations. I design lessons that encourage active participation, especially speaking practice, so learners can build confidence step by step. I also adapt my approach based on each student’s level, background, and goals, ensuring the learning process is relevant and effective. In my experience, I have seen strong and consistent progress across different types of learners. For example, I have helped a young learner with no prior English skills begin speaking basic English confidently after just four sessions. In school settings, many of my students have become comfortable communicating with native speakers within around five months of study. I have also taught adult learners, including staff from PLN (the electricity company), firefighters, and officers, focusing on improving their confidence and ability to use English in work-related situations. These experiences have been very rewarding, especially seeing learners become more confident and independent in using English.
